"Packaging was just okay"
The box showed up a little bent, which wasn’t ideal, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. Not the best packaging ever, but it got the job done.

"Pricing Was Confusing"
I wasn’t really happy with how the prices were shown. I had to click around way too much just to figure out what I’d actually be paying, and that made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating. When costs aren’t clear upfront, it’s hard to fully trust the shop. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or discount, because this definitely made the buying process more annoying than it needed to be.

"Still not totally sure I’d trust it"
The site looks fine at first glance, honestly. But I was clicking around and just couldn’t find enough clear info to feel completely comfortable buying from them yet. Maybe it’s legit, I don’t know, but I’d want a bit more reassurance first.

Customer service did get back to me, and they were polite when they did, but the wait was longer than I expected. I’ve had quicker replies from some competitors, so that part was a little disappointing. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but it also didn’t really stand out.

Tracking was basically useless. Just sat there for days. No real updates. I emailed them too, but the reply didn’t help at all. Annoying experience.

I ended up returning it after my sister said it wasn’t quite what we needed, and the whole process was simple. Didn’t have to deal with much hassle, and I got my refund without any real fuss

"Checkout was easy, no complaints"
I ordered from thebrandhannah.com and assumed the checkout might be a little clunky at first, but it was actually really quick. The pages loaded fine, my payment went through without anything weird happening, and the confirmation email showed up right away. Simple overall, which I appreciated.

"Looked better in the pics"
I gave it 2 stars since it did show up, but it didn’t really look like the photos. The color was a little off and the material felt cheaper in person. It’s not terrible or anything, just kinda dissapointing.

"Ugh, the stitching started coming apart right away"
I was annoyed as soon as I noticed it. The stitching looked sloppy in a few spots, and after barely wearing it, one of the seams already started opening up. For what it cost, I really expected it to be made better

"Looks nice, even if it’s a little plain"
I actually do like the style overall, even if some people might call it a bit plain. The design looks decent and has a clean feel to it. That said, a few pages do feel kind of messy here and there, but it’s not like the whole thing is bad or anything.

"International shipping was such a hassle"
My order from overseas took way longer than I expected, and the tracking info barely moved the whole time. I kept checking over and over, but there wasn’t really any clear update?? Just a lot of waiting and guessing. i don’t think I’d order internationally from them again.

"Still looks good after washing"
So... I ordered from thebrandhannah.com and wasn’t sure how it would hold up after a few washes. I’ve washed it several times now though, and it still looks the same with no weird shrinking or fading.
The fabric still feels just as nice as it did when it first arrived. I didn’t do anything special either, just a normal wash and air dry, so I’m really happy with it.

"Color was darker than expected"
The color looked way darker in person than it did in the photos, which was disappointing. I tried to see what could be done, but it felt like I just kept getting the usual “that’s our policy” response, which made the whole thing more frustrating.

I’ve bought these a few times now and they fit the same every single time. i don’t have the patience to deal with guessing sizes or returns, so it’s nice that I’ve never had any sizing issues.

"Delivery was a little hit or miss"
I ordered it sometime around the start of the month, I think, and it showed up later than I expected. The tracking did work the whole time though, so at least I could see where it was. When it finally arrived, the package was in good shape and nothing was damaged, so overall it was okay, just not the fastest delivery

"I really thought this was going to be..."
I really thought this was going to be comfortable based on what they claimed, but the material felt rough on my skin. I feel kind of stupid for trusting the hype because it definitely wasn’t what I expected.

"Finally fixed, but what a hassle"
They did eventually fix my issue, but I had to keep chasing them way longer than I should have. The worst part was getting stuck dealing with automated replies and systems that didn’t seem to understand the problem. By the time a real person helped, I was already frustrated.
